Nedbank please reverse my money

I have an amount of R185 deducted in my account on the 7th September and another were deducted on 27th May 2021. This is above my monthly amount of R115 that was charged every month. I have called the call centre a number of times and everytime they say they will escalate and nothing happens afterwards.
