Nedbank please listen

What I love about Hellopeter its a platform for both customers and brands, we the customers have complaints and compliments and Brands that care about their name will really take hellopeter serious i have noticed there is a lot of companies that dont even reply on this forum at their ow risk.

To Nedbank a 99 year old man appears before a judge for going over the speed limit by 10 km he was fined the judge asked him why did you drive so fast the 99 year old rep**** i was rushing to hospital because i was late for my 65 year old sons cancer treatment the judge then took the fine and tore it up in front of the man and said you are a good man, this actual true story of humanity.

I have been fighting with Nedbank about the Payment holiday interest they have been charging their customers during the time some people are drowning in debt and its not that they cant pay but they have been pulled deeper in the debt pit by the banks charging interest during covid payment holiday,

I am asking for Nedbank to be humane and give the people the break they need in South Africa this will not close the bank if you give people the reprieve it will actually enhance your brand in the eyes of the public that you are humane brand
