NEDBANK PLEASE CONTACT ME

Been stuck in Malaysia due to COVID-19, took out an emergency card with Nedbank before leaving SA 8 months ago, let them know I would be travelling. I used the card once and now its blocked, been emailing them for the past 4 months with no proper response. My SA number doesn't work as I am overseas, asked them to contact me on my Malaysia number to assist me, just topped up my sim with R150 and called the helpline, got through to them after 5mins of waiting and in 10sec speaking to a agent my airtime ran up.
