Nedbank please call me back

I have been trying for weeks to make some sort of contact with Nedbank wrt my home loan repayments during lockdown. Also to have my home loan instalment adjusted in line with recent repo rate cuts The only Nedbank person who was helpful during my efforts to reach Nedbank is a lady called Yolande. She called me from an 031 number. I tried calling her back to this number but the number no longer exists. How is this possible? Is Nedbank not a business? When trying to leave a message, the prompt back is that the mailbox is full. Please can someone call me back and finalize my two issues: 1. Reduce my home loan instalment 2. Let me know if I qualify for a Payment holiday during lockdown.
