Nedbank, please assist ASAP

Guys, I recently installed 2 Smart Geysers with my nedbank insurance policy.

All of a sudden today, one of the geysers does not show up on my management app at all.

I tried refeshing, logging out and back in multiple times.

Also phone nedbank inurance and they put me through to the smart connect people, but i held on for a while and then the call just dropped.

Long story short, I am unable to switch my Geyser on and off and mage the timetable.

Something is wrong, and I need someone to come out ASAP and sort it out please.
