Nedbank Platinum Saavy Account disappointment

I app**** to move my account from Standard Bank to Nedbank due to the availability of Atm in my area. I saw the Nedbank savvy platinum account that they offer and advertise with a fix fee. Very good product but disappoint on the outcome. They approved my account and send me an American express card as well. To my disappointment they rejected my credit card because I already have one. It is logical that I have a cheque account too. But this was not rejected. If Nedbank adverise this product but can`t give you a better facility than you have then why change or advertise the product for people that have accounts. Please cancel my Nedbank Platinum Savvy account because it does not help me to migrate my bank if I am only offered half the products.
