Nedbank platinum credit card nightmare a no go area

Nedbank platinum is a joke don't even try it. I have apply for it and it was approve. When I was about to use is they put a bad hold on it for Fica documents. I submitted the requested document at the Krugersdorp and the Newtown junction branch. It took them 1 month two weeks to remove the hold after sending me from post to pillar. The car was canceled and I apply for a new card with new pin. On the 29 of December I order my salary to be paid in my credit card account in my attempt to please my creditors. After payment I went to buy electricity and the same people put again the hold on my card 3 days later after the removal of the first hold but this time with my salary inside and today is the 31st December I have no Money for new year 2020. I don't owe nedbank a cent and my salary is trapped in the stupid credit card account. I have to pay for debit orders and my rent. All my many trap and there is no person who can be accountable for this ******* and ******** action because they all hide behind email. No contact person only a call center with no authority. I want to sue them for damages. For blocking my salary while I don't owe any Fica. Or credit and even money for the stupid credit card.
