Nedbank P/L are *****!

P/L ***. I received an sms from personal loans that my debit order will go off on 18 Dec 2020 , if not suitable to respond with a suitable. I responded to the sms that my suitable date is 31 Dec 2020. Not only did I send an sms, I also called on 27 Nov and spoke to " a person " & was assured that my debit order order date has definitely been changed! Guess what, NEDBANK ****! They debited my acc on 18 Dec. The reason I asked for the date to be changed to Dec 31 is because I'm no longer working for a bank so I am no longer getting paid on the 20th of each month! Can someone with a brain please ensure that I am not debited again on 31 Dec. Can someone with a functioning brain please also ensure my debit order date be LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH! This is so disgusting and such an inconvenience!
