Nedbank Phuthaditjhaba should just Shutdown

Had a very unpleasant visit at Nedbank Phuthaditjhaba Crescent Mall. Waited for 20min 8n a que while one Teller was servicing one client in front of us for over 20min. Only one teller servicing a poll of over 10 people in a que.

The branch Manager had the nerve to tell me to wait and that they are buzy.

This is not the first time experiencing such a detasteful service from this branch!!!! Awaful service.
