Nedbank phoenix plaza unprofessionalism can cost clients they life??

I went to nedbank phoenix plaza durban 4068 this morning at 8am and the branch opens at 8:30am so I was 8th in the line at around 8:25am two nedbank consultants absolutely unfriendly does not smile does not greet starts from the bottom asking each person what assistance they need they asked the first client what you want?the second client in the line said he needed to take out some money which is a large amount softly she then screams at the client "Stating you need to give us notice to talk out such a large amount of money imagine once the guy leaves the center what can happen to him today it could be him tomorrow it could be you?we as nedbank clients are treated like ****!I am so furious because I have been a client for over 10 years with nedbank and I spoke to the team leader and she said she will discipline them even she was unprofessional because the teller said that she is related to the lady I was complaining about and must not waste my time so I am making this public about what is going on at the phoenix plaza nedbank I took down the people's numbers this morning and they willing to come forward, we cannot accept this service I am going to put this all over social media platforms until we get some solid feedback
