NEDBANK PHILIPPI'S HORRIBLE SERVICE

Nedbank - phillipi branch.

I have been going to this branch for the past 3 days, with no assistance at all. I just needed to change my number to be be able to withdraw from my investment account. Their service is **********, I cannot explain how bad it was. The incompetence of the lady in black in front, to the lady who was supposed to assist me with my issue. How does one work with no access? I waited and waited for her manager to assist until I gave up and left. I am literally so livid!!! Will be closing this account ASAP.
