Nedbank Personal Loans - Very disappointed

I have app**** for a personal loan for more than 3 days ago. The keep on requesting the same information over and over. No one gives you feedback and no one calls you back. The do not understand that most of the staff work from home and refuse to use other options to do employment confirmation. Its been going on in circles and is very frustrating. When you call it gets told it was passed on from this person to the next and you cant speak to anyone. The assistant says she will send a mail and they will hopefully call you back. Its ridicules'.
