NEDBANK PERSONAL LOANS -PATHETIC SERVICE LEVELS !!!!

Nedbank personal loans department is up to nonsense , I sent doc's for a payment extension which marks almost a month ago. the call centre agents do not know the procedures and steps to follow to get the process running , they do not allow for you to speak to management or even get ahold of the insurance department!! this is highly frustrating as they debit your account and when you try and get ahold of anyone to make proper arrangements there is no one to assist. I have been trying to make an insurance claim which we do pay for on a monthly basis by the way!!! which is a complete waste of time as they delay the inevitable. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE EVEN TAKE AN INCOME PROTECTION INSURANCE WHEN THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE!!!!

Please dont waste your time with financial institution as their interest rates are pathetic and their turn around times are pathetic!! I would rather pay another financial institution with higher interest rates than pay these idiots.

I am paying insurance with a compounded interest rate monthly with ****** all help when I am faced with a loss of income.
