Nedbank Personal Loans pathetic

It seems all the banks in SA have pathetic service and NEDBANK is at the forefront. When they want your money and want to give you loans with huge interest rates they are very quick to assist but when it comes to delivery service they are non existant. I have tried to settle my account and with numerous calls and e-mails have had no response from Nedbank just being transferred from one person to the next and no answers or the call being dropped. I cannot wait for the day when i no longer have to deal with this bank but they will drag out the situation to try and **** people out of money. I just want to close this account already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
