Nedbank Personal Loans not updating Credit Bureau status to closed.

Hi,

Nedbank Personal Loans has not updated my credit bureau records to show that the personal loans account is closed.

Can you please explain why the Credit bureau is still showing the accounts as open and active?

I have received two settlement letters from Nedbank already and I do not understand why the account is still showing as open.
