Nedbank personal loans (legal )

Hi , I just started working and I have a loan with nedbank, I called them last month to tell them that I have found work and told them how much I can afford to pay and they agreed, so since last month I have been making payments to my suprised when I woke up today morning they have debited my account 2 times even after meeting their arrangement amount that I payed on the 26th of this month .

I called their personal loans department I am been transferred to legal with no success, everytime the call cuts and I have to call again for over an out .

My kids don’t have food , I don’t have transportation money to work as all the amount that was in my account they have debited it 2 times and that is not what we agreed on .

Now I am being told I need to speak to legal department on Monday , and I don’t even have money for food and transportation as in now
