Nedbank personal loans inquiring not resolved for over a year!?

So a few months ago, after months of debating the terms of my loan, a team leader from nedbank finally contacted me, and just sent me my loan contract. Which just confirms my exact inquiry after months on end of calling and begging you people for answers, i had lost my job and the made an arrangement for payment which i honoured, now when i tried to get back to paying the loan, they now tell me that my instalments are much more than i agreed to on paper. ( i have the contact i signed as proof) there interest has kept accumulating. The team leader i spoke to advised me that she will investigate the matter… well lets just say that was months ago, and ive gotten no feedback just my contract emailed to me. Which just confirms what I've been saying all along! I must say as a bank, you guys are beyond pathetic, i want answers and feedback. Im sick of this! Legal action will be taken should i not get feedback!
