Nedbank personal loans dont respond to clients

Im making use of this avenue in hopes to get a response from Nedbank personal loans.

I have settled my loan in October 2025, all good well. End of October another deduction was made but then refunded back to me, all good.

To my surprise at the end of April 2026 I received a statement saying that i owe an amount? This amount? Same as what the installment amount was. I contacted them telephonically and no one could give me a satisfactory answer as to why i still owe, escalations was done but to date a month later no one has even reached out to me despite me also sending emails.

I need someone to urgently look at this and provide feedback as not paying a Nedbank a cent for something that has already been settled 6 months ago!
