Nedbank personal loans disappointment

I'm definitely moving my Home bond to ABSA, the treatment I'm getting from Nedbank is very unprofessional and *********. As a loyal paying client there should be transparency between I and the bank clearly it is not in good practice from their side as i have been paying my loan monthly and on time but I'm handed over to lawyers, to the best of my knowledge i do not know why.
