Nedbank Personal loans - bad service

<p>i app**** for a loan, after all the adverti*****t how good there personal loans are, i have had two days of stress, being sent from one place to another, and i have a emergency to deal with, however at the end the this day, still no resolution. i dont think that if you have a emergency nedbank personal laons is for you.call centre needs training, and the only person to try and help was Sthembiso and gallo manor nedbank. however the problem was out of his control. even though he tried calling and following up the whole day, i have been a client of nedbank for many years, and this is very dissapointing.</p>
