Nedbank personal loans administration a JOKE.

How does one fall into arrears during COVID 19 when Nedbank gave me a reprieve/installment freeze up until 30 September 2020 AND when my loan account is on debit order. Once again they are pathetic!!!!! They keep calling me and NOBODY can answer these questions in writing to me. I want from Nedbank an answer in writing, an apology on social media for their incompetence and to correct my credit scoring urgently.
