Nedbank Personal Loans

Hellopeter,I paid off my personal loan at Nedbank last month, and I was in credit for R38. Today when I called them for my paid up letter, they told me that I was owing R669 because I didn't close my account. They charger me R293.64 interest , R69 admin fee and R195 insurance. The R69 admin fee I can understand but insurance on what loan because it has been paid up? R293,64 interest on a R38 CREDIT BALANCE? I've paid the R669 but I lodged a formal complaint and will be taking this further with the Banking Ombudsman.
