Nedbank Personal Loans

Nedbank is the worst! After NUMEROUS attempts at applying for a payment holiday due to an income cut in April i received a sms from Nedbank asking to reply with "Yes" if a payment holiday was needed, i rep**** and received a sms back stating that the payment holiday will be granted and a consultant will call me with regards to a new payment plan. Today i receive a sms stating 'Notification of authority debt" in which it says that i have defaulted in my payments and now this month owe double the loan amount. Where do i now get this money as i had received a sms CONFIRMING that the payment holiday was granted!! i tried contacting Nedbank twice already today and waited more than 10mins on each call with NO LUCK! I am extremely irritated and disappointed in Nedbank, just when you think that they have their ducks in a row they go ahead and pull a stunt like this! really pathetic. i will be changing banks!
