Nedbank personal loan woes

I have a personal loan with Nedbank which is paid religiously every month via debit order, however for the past three months I keep getting a SMS every month saying that my accounts is overdue or in arrears and then I contact the collections department and they ensure me that everything is up to date and nothing is in arrears. Yet I keep getting these messages. That creates unnecessary stress and confusion as to the status on my account. I will not recommend taking out a personal loan with Nedbank, since you'll be pestered with false SMS messages stating that you are overdue.
