Nedbank personal loan .... unreasonable .... horrible .... blood suckers

Nedbank is not a bank that cares about people . It has been my experience that I have requested that nedbank assist me with a personal loan that was on debit review and then due to financial constraints within the Aviation industry , I had been unable to make the installment and then had made an arrangement to pay . Nedbank charged full interest and refused to assist with reducing this interest . Meaning that my loan account was more than the original loan agreement . I then saw no other option but to seek assistance from a reputable debit review company. that advised that they would assist by consolidating 1 installment and will request nedbank for a reduce interest to be able to pay balance off sooner . Nedbank rejected there application . So now , I will be paying off nedbank for the rest of my life . And will never be able to sort out my credit to afford a home loan . All i am trying to do is get my payments made and to be able to clear my debit . But all they care about is profit . We have all gone through the effects of covid . But this bank only cares about making money off peoples .
