Nedbank personal loan taking a week no response

Disappointing application process from Nedbank taking more than 5 days. I app**** for the loan on the 15th and sent all required documents and more via the app, to the consultant Noxolo M and also to the my application email. I have sent the documents multiple times and have called 3 times to follow up but no response from Nedbank.
