Nedbank Personal Loan special settlement offer far from "special"

I feel aggrieved by the Nedbank's unwillingness to pass a better discount on a personal loan that although has been in arrears regular monthly payments has been made on it. My outstanding balance for as long as these payments has been made has never decreased from R27000.00. And now that I am in a position to settle the account the bank is only offering me a meager R1541.57 discount. I know of micro lenders that offers far greater settlement discounts. Just shows how gready Nedbank really is. I have been a client for a very long time and now I will settle this loan as well as my other account. And I will make sure to tell my friends and family about Nedbanks poor philosophy in respect of this. I would like for the person that calculated this settlement to calculate how much money I have paid to the bank and consider that the next time a client wants to settle their account. Consider also that you Will very soon have one less client as a result of the poor manner in which you were able to assist me if even.
