Nedbank Personal Loan Sharks

I took out a Nedbank Personal Loan of R136k. After 24 months I've paid R70k. Requested a settlement amount and got an amount R162k. Which means after 24 months they make a cool R100k. Which works out to 37% per annum interest and not the 27% in contract, which I finally manage to see through hiring a Profesional banker to to get a contract copy and statements. Which was non existent before my Profesional banker stepped in
