Nedbank personal loan settlement letter delay

Dear Nedbank

I am really upset with the service for the Nedbank personal loan which I paid up on 23 October 2020 and still have not received confirmation that the judgement and settlement letter has been issued for me. The account number is ***. Do you not realise that with this delay and not helping your old clients, you will loose any new business from any Nedbank or MFC business from me as an example in future? I truly hope that I can receive the settlement letter and judgement removed from my ITC record.
