Nedbank personal loan Settlement Horror/ and bad call center service

Bad service from Nedbank Personal Loan. I settled my persoanal loan on 28 November 2024 and called them for a request of a paid up letter , till to date they are giving me a run around. To think i was willing to move all my accounts them.
