Nedbank personal loan reward complain

I am writing this complain to Nedbank, i receive a call from Nedbank Agent who told me that since i have been conducting my personal loan well i will get R200. monthly. since September\October 2021 i never receive a cent and let alone an update. ID ***5****1 *** ***
