Nedbank personal loan

Nedbank has been recording my payments incorrectly and they can hardly rectify that, i even lodged a complaint at OBS to date they have not responded to my complaint. i have settled my arrears yet they dont want to update that the arrears are settled on the credit bureau I think their plan is to keep me at captive which is very wrong. Their consultants can hardly read their own statements which i find it weird. I will never in my life take a loan at Nedbank they keep people at captive for the longest time even if you still paying them, its bad.
