Nedbank personal loan debited four times this month.

My personal loan is in arrears for 2 months. I made a manual payment in January yet my nedbank account was debited 4 times this month. How will I manage to pay other accounts. I have been over debited and this was confirmed by the lady from the legal help desk. I need this reversed asap or I will be closing my nedbank current account so they cannot do this again moving forward. I cannot wait for them to get back to me as I have been waiting since the 24th February when I initially queried as I was debited twice on the 24th and twice on the 26 and I also did an eft payment in January. Pathetic service this is...please can u call me and resolve this asap before I close my current account due to this lack of knowledge. My loan account is now in credit due to over payment...
