Nedbank Personal Loan Debit order costs over R600

So I just arranged an FNB Payday advance of R5000 (Costing me approx R600). And as the money lands Nedbank Personal Loan grabs approx R4600 of it. Yes - The Helpdesk agent did remind me that they send a reminder sms in November to tell me that it will go off on the 13th, my bad for forgetting about it. But I just paid R600 plus so Nedbank can take off an early debit order. Fortunately I only have one Personal Loan payment left (Seeing as I put R20K in to the account last month). Spending ages on the line with people who are unable to help or know what to do is also not nice at all.
