Nedbank Personal Loan Cover one big mess!!!!

Why bother having retrenchment cover with Nedbank at all when they don't even inform you they have stopped assisting with payments but then once your debit order starts going off again they phone you to inform you that you are 3 months in arrears instead of having started debiting the amount when the cover ended after 6 months. Now we need to put ourselves further in debt because someone at Nedbank messed up.

Your consultants are also extremely rude and hang up while I am still busy talking to him!!
