Nedbank personal loan collection department

I called Nedbank wanted to do some enquiry about the personal loan I had with them but No all they can do its put down the phone on my ears. All they say mam dud you put us on speaker I asked them to rather call me back but they would put the phone down before taking my number. Poor service. I'm disappointed by Nedbank
