Nedbank_Personal loan

I took a personal loan with Nedbank in 2021 around May they even advise me to take an insurance on loan if anything can happen it will pay out, then in May 2021 i was retrenched then i informed them on time that I'm gonna be retrenched but i will be able to pay for May, June and July 2021 gave them all the information was needed to them to assist even though they would take weeks for them to respond to email they after i took them to Facebook to complain the assessor then said my application was unsuccessful with any reasonable feedback or any directions on what made my application unsuccessful now I'm behind with a lot of errors.
