Nedbank personal loan

Nedbank is a ****. In 2019 when covid19 hit the world and everyone was afraid and confused Nedbank offered me a payment break for 3 months for the personal loan I have them and I took up the offer, I took the payment break for May, June and July little did I know what I was getting myself into, when I was offered the payment break I was not notified on how the payment break will impact the loan. I took up the loan in November 2018 and the loan term was 72 months wich was supposed to end this year November.I recently went through my loan statement and it said I'm left with 14 months to finish the loan I couldn't understand why 14 months and when I calculated because of the payment break that I took I was expecting to pay up the loan somewhere between February and March 2025 only to find out that the 3 months payment break extended the loan by a further 10 more months and I don't even know how it was calculated for 3 months to stretch that far and then I reached out to Nedbank for an explanation regarding this payment break I even told them that had I been told that the term of the loan will be extended by a further 10 months I wouldn't have taken the break because it doesn't make any sense and I further told Nedbank that I did not get the terms and conditions before taking the break they told me that communication was sent in October 2019(don't remember receiving) and I was so surprised on how does one offer a payment break and then send terms and conditions later? Was I taken advantage of because they knew that everyone was going through a tough time and needed some relief of some sort more especially financially? We are still recovering from the results of covid19 and things are still tough for most of us and then Nedbank takes advantage of our situation. I'm extremely disappointed and I need help on how I can solve this issue because I feel unfairly treated more over I'm up to date with the repayments and pay on time every month. 😔
