Nedbank Personal Loan

I do business with Nedbank for many years as a client. Then COVID 19 hit us in SA. My household income declined with 40% and I ask Nedbank is there no other way that they can look at our personal loan to help us with a longer period and lower monthly payment. All they say is that they will lower my payment for 3 months and then i have to pay the arrears back also. As soon as your salary is in then they grap their money but don't want to help. Nedbank is all about money and no client service . I will take all my business to another bank and then Nedbank can come and cry for their money end of the month. I will pay of my loan at Nedbank now in the next 50 years.
