nedbank personal banking package - avoid like the plague

nedbank personal banking a total waster of time and money. my 'personal banker' simply does not exist. my son is in australia and was issued with a nedbank travel card, which, apparently, is easy to replenish from the (USELESS) nedbank money banking app, which it is no. he ran out of money in australia and could not replenish. i desperately wanted assistance (the ***number just rang because apparently nedbank is too cheap to employ enough staff to handle the ridiculous bureaucracy demanded by them of their customers) and so was looking for my 'PERSONAL' banker. nothing.

I want to cancel the R400 odd rand i spend for this banking package which i worthless. please see to it immediately. nedbank if the most underwhelming banking experience i have had the misfortune to experience.

i would, however like to mention that there are nedbank personnel that rise above the appalling mediocrity of the bank. in particular, at your nedbank branch in benmore gardens are Israel and Max, who clearly rise above the otherwise pathetic service given by your loathsome institution. they bent backwards to try to resolve the issues created by the ghastly Nedbank Money App and spent hours(!) trying to get to the bottom of the problem. i want them to be recognised by nedbank as people that should in fact be running the bank, because clearly, the people that are, don't have a clue!
