NEDBANK- Payshap failed transaction

I’m so horrified by the service I am getting at Nedbank in resolving a failed transaction I made via Payshap, everything is correct (account number) and registered. The money was never received by the person whom I was paying, however it went out of my account as well. A whole R7 000!! Lost in the thin air ! I have been promised the issue is escalated and the money will reflect back in my account in 48 hours. It has been 2 FULL WEEKS now!! I am being fold over and over again when I call, 48 hrs after 48 hrs. 😭💔
