You don’t real time instant payment, so you partner with payshap who can’t get the job done. You don’t even record the payshap transactions in the bank statements 😡😠 2 weeks later the receipting has not received the fund and no refunds.

This is embarrassing for a bank this big and claims to be at the forefront of digital banking.

When am I getting my refund ???
