My name is Ashveer Maharaj and I am writing this review to display my dissatisfaction with the appaling service Nedbank has rendered regarding a transfer of R5000 that was done to me and has still not reflected into my Standard Bank account.

A family member of mine made a payment to me via Payshap on the 03/04/2023 from his Nedbank internet banking however the payment did not come through. He then contacted Nedbank on the 04/04/2023 and was informed that the payment has been re-processed via EFT as I do not have a payshap ID.

It's been a week since and still, no payment has come through. I am extremely appalled and disappointed with the fact that no one has picked this up and no payment has come through which has resulted in a few of my debit orders bouncing.

Please can this be looked at urgently.
