Nedbank- Payment fees

I have a investment account with Nedbank, so it happened that I put a notice on Friday (08Feb 2019) of R3000. But when I received it to my FNB account I receive R2975. Today I went to the bank when they print my investment account statement,I find out my R25 was taken and they say it payment fee which was never communicated to me. Mind you I get charged R50 every month I make a deposit starting from R500-R5000. To me this is ***** because I never received any communication regarding this payment fee. Seem like none of the staff knows what are these payment fees for. I am so disappointed with the service and it was the only bank after FNB I had trusted.
