Nedbank Pay back my money.

On the 15th of February 2022 I went to deposit MFC money using Nedbank ATM in Nelspruit Crossing Nedbank branch the machine stopped working with My R3500.00..didn't receive any receipts nor the Money back..went inside the branch to let them know..the cashier promised that the money will be deposited into MFC account to this day no money was deposited..after 15 days still waiting..Nedbank please pay back my Money!!!
