Nedbank pathetic service

I opened an account for my daughter. I waited for the card for 2 months then a couple of days before receiving the card the account on my internet banking apeared with a -R185 on. Then I only received the card. I tried contacting nedbank over and over with No service whatsoever.

Jow can they charge me before the accojnt is active or the card was received?

Nedbank service is so pathetic not one person can help me. For over a week
