Nedbank pathetic service

Pathetic service i am receiving from nedbank, i bought a voucher for R500 and the app had technical problems and it gave me a error, i didn't get the voucher code but money was deducted

I called the call center sunday the 11th and a lady promised to log a case, tuesday i followup only to be told case was not logged

Case was then logged on Tuesday the 13th,since then i have been calling everyday to get feedback but no one knows anything, all of them are *********** and they are not solving my case

I desperately wanna leave NEDBANK amd and i wouldn't recommend nedbank to anyone

Its pathetic
