These guys are SOOO PATHETIC and utterly USELESS. You take out credit insurance....You pay and pay...and when you claim...they ignore you. They don't answer their calls....Your calls ring out all the time.. They NEVER call back or communicate, whatsoever. You cannot e-mail them... (very conveniently set-up like that by them)....I have submitted the same paperwork a few times now....and NADA...They just buy time and they continue to threaten and bully you. They are **********.. The whole institution and all their personnel are GROSSLY *********** and useless. They are FRAUSDSTERS. DO NOT take out a loan or credit card with these clowns.
