NEDBANK - PATHETIC SERVICE

Good evening, my wife Banks with nedbank and at around 22:30 last month I made payment of R7289 which is my rent for the month, In the morning I noticed that an amount of R7063 had gone off for the rent, now NEDBANK has said to my wife that she has to fill in a recall form and there is no guarantee that the amount of R7063 will be reversed, clearly an error was made but NEDBANK wants to play hardball, the latter amount of R7063 needs to be reversed asap, NEDBANK yourll are not keeping my money, its a damn disgrace that we receive such pathetic customer service, I want my money bank, so NEDBANK please do the right thing and reverse the payment of R7063,
