nedbank pathetic service

i have a nedbank loan and have made arrangements to pay an every month which i did via their attorneys . they have given me a 40% discount in december which i could not afford at that time. i am now in a situation to settle with they 40% discount but the attorneys refuse to assist. i have tried contacting nedbank but they consultants are just the same ,before you can explain they transfer you to someone else . i dnt know who else to contact ,so i just better stop paying because i am now retrenched .
